location , just outside darbar sahib shoe deposit area. good and tasty breakfast .

takes a lil time to receive morning breakfast which opens at 8.30pm

Location was very close to the Golden Temple (3-5 minutes walk), Jallianwala bagh (8-10 minutes walk), Hall Bazar (25 minutes walk, beautiful statues, food and shopping on the way) so it was easy to visit Sri Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple) multiple times. Could see the lighting of Golden Temple from terrace of this hotel, good view. Staff did their best to make our stay comfortable.

The room were dark there was no view from window. For the rate which was charged for the rooms were not value for money and the facilities were definitely not 3 stars. Though the location was good for walking to Golden temple, but going to other restaurants away in city, the rickshaws or need to pass through very very very small and very very very crowded streets.

Absolutely nothing.. bad service .. thief people... worst professional.. worst attitude ... disguise there name for a good hotel chain.. they are not even close enough

Disgusting property near darbar sahib... no culture and no shame that they are serving pilgrims, we paid 2500 rupees for room per night and they charged us 2780 for a dal , 3 naan and a veg sabzi, i hAve also reported the property to district administration

Management should be more careful

I lost my phone in the hotel room I complained to the management and told them against a specific staff whom I doubted But they didn't take any proper action This is very much disappointing

Cleanliness, staff behaviour

Rules for couples. No unmarried couple can checkin, this is wierd.

Great Location if you visiting Amritsar primarily for Golden Temple. Other than that, no real advantage or stand out quality. Staff was pleasant and prompt.

The property is the closest one possible from the Akal Takth Gate of the Golden Temple, literally 2 mins away. If Golden temple visit is the goal then this hotel would be the ideal place to stay at Amritsar. Room was nice and clean with all key amenities in place. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful specially Akshay at the reception is a bright example of Amritsari hospitality.

Not worth the price

The property showcases is different than actual the beds very uncomfortable, highly priced for poor quality . The bathrooms had plumbing issues water was getting accumulated .

My invoice was printed wrongly. Luckily I checked. Well, they didn't do it intentionally but the front line staff has to be extra careful.

Breakfast options were limited and took over 20 minutes to produce a boiled egg and toast. But the kettle in the room was a bonus, and the location was fantastic. Literally 100 steps to the Golden Temple. Although the room as cold, reception gave us a fan heater at no cost.

Bathroom wasn't the cleanest, and the hot water was so hot with no cold water pressure, that a shower longer than 1 minute became impossible.

Location location location!! Literally stones throw away from the Golden temple. Polite staff.

Rooms can get cold in winter. The reception apparently provide heaters though. The blankets weren't thick enough for me. No restaurant within the hotel but there are plenty of eating options nearby.
